Chris helped my husband and I a great deal when looking for a home, he waited patiently for almost a year while we got our finances in order and gave us some tips. Once we were ready and approved, he dedicated his weekends for us since we were over an hour away from the area. We looked at a lot of homes and he kept our son entertained while we browsed around. Once we decided on a home he was with us every step of the way, explaining the process in detail, he went above and beyond, I think, the scope of a realtor in helping us to get our home. Chris was kind enough to stop by the day after we moved into our new home to check on us. Even though it was over 2 years ago we still keep in touch with one another.
