Big Tree Memorial Fund
Our team’s very own Eddie Ohanian helped begin The Big Tree Memorial Fund.
The Big Tree Memorial Fund is dedicated to honoring the legacy of Erik Knapp and advocating strength and providing assistance to those impacted by cancer.
On June 23, 2020 we lost Erik “Big Tree” Knapp suddenly to brain cancer. In his honor, we have established the Big Tree Memorial Fund to raise funds to fight for a cure for glioblastoma, and assist other families dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one due to cancer.
Key to Lion’s Heart Rescue
Everyone has the potential to save a life, and Key to Lion’s Heart is a rescue shelter that helps save the lives of animals in shelters or abusive situations.
As an advocate for this organization, the Katie Nicholson Team is proud to help support Key to Lion’s Heart, and all that they do to save the lives of precious, innocent, and lovable animals.
Donating, volunteering, fostering, or adopting – it all helps. We believe in not only giving back, but giving back in a way that has a direct effect on our community and the people within it. Just about anyone will tell you, saving the life of a precious animal is one of the best ways to give back.

Student Homelessness Initiative Partnership
SHIP provides urgent services and resources to the hundreds of Frederick County Public School (MD) students experiencing homelessness each year.
We do what we can to give our time and other resources to help support this important program. We believe that giving back, especially to our community’s youth, will help power and future and ensure a better tomorrow.

Ijamsville Living
We are proud to have been the event sponsor for Ijamsville’s Charity Masquerade Ball this year. A great time was had by all, and we were able to raise funds to help a local family.
